Justice Theodora Adzoe retires

The Judicial Service has announced the retirement from the Bench of His Lordship, Justice Theodore Kwami Adzoe, Justice of the Supreme Court, with effect from October 31, 2008.
Justice Adzoe joined the bench on July 26, 2000 as a Justice of the Supreme Court after twenty-seven years of private legal practice. He was sworn in on November 28, 2000.
Justice Adzoe attended E P Primary School, Taviefe in the Volta Region, from 1952 to 1957 and continued to E P Middle School, Taviefe from 1958 to 1960.
He had his secondary school education at Peki Secondary School and Mfantsipim School and obtained the GCE Ordinary and Advanced Level certificates respectively in 1965 and 1967.
He entered University of Ghana in 1968 to pursue L L B (Hons) and completed in 1971. He continued to the Ghana School of Law for the professional course as a Barrister at Law (B L).
A press release signed by DA Kwapong, Director of Communications of the Judicial Service, the Judicial Council, Judicial Service, and Her Ladyship the Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood, thanked Mr Justice Adzoe for his meritorious service to the nation and wished him well during his retirement.
